HOST A TRUNK SHOW

 Want to earn free jewelry and special discounts on Cimber Designs? If you are interested in hosting a CIMBER DESIGNS TRUNK SHOW, feel free to contact me at Kelly@CimberDesigns.com.  I am located in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, but may travel for large parties. 

 Trunk Shows are a great way to get a bunch of girls together and socialize.  There is a minimum of 8 guests for all parties. Your guests will also receive special jewelry discounts usually 20-40% off web store prices.

 The host receives a 15% commission of all sales from $250 - $999 and 20% for sales +$1000, used toward your purchases at the end of the night. If you wish to make additional jewelry purchases other than those combined with your commission, a 10% host discount will be applied

If you would like to co-host with another friend to get a larger group together that is okay also.

Here are some tips for hosting a successful trunk show:  

• ~Persuade friends to bring a friend or two.  The greater the attendance the more selling of merchandise which in turn benefits you in terms of $$. Invite your co-workers, friends, neighbors, or family. The more the better, usually not all will show. Use an e-vite (www.evite.com) to invite and track guest attendance, or for larger more formal events invitations can be sent through mail. Please use a RSVP and make phone calls to remind guests the day before the event
• ~Encourage guests to pre-order items by emailing Cimber to guarantee that any items they want are available to them the day of the party and reserved for them when they arrive
• ~Provide some food - appetizers, wine, etc. Make it simple, people are coming to shop, not eat.
• ~Provide explicit directions to your home or location of the party to ensure guests arrive with ease - these can be included in the invitation for guests to print-out
• ~Inform guests that the party will start at the time specified and that if they wish to arrive early, that they may mingle and snack but to be respectful of our need for set-up time
• ~Provide a well-lit area with enough space for multiple guests to shop as well as an area where they can mingle outside of the shopping area (a large table is great)

The Day of the Trunk Show

• ~I will arrive 1-1.5 hour before the show to set up the designs
• ~Acceptance of cash, credit cards, and personal checks for payment is accepted
• ~Party should take place during a 2-3 hour window
