SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping to and from Cimber is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location for all exchanges or return for credit. All items will be shipped within three days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Cimber is devoted to the fine work and craftsmanship that is put into each jewelry piece, as well as customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Cimber is happy to offer an exchange for store credit on any items within 15 days of purchase. Simply contact Kelly@CimberDesigns.com to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping to Cimber is non-refundable* and there is an additional $7 restocking & return shipping fee
- Unworn item(s) in its original condition
- Item(s) shipped in padded envelope or box. Insurance is recommended, I am not responsible for items that are lost or items damaged during shipping.
- The reason for your return – Cimber strives to provide the best products for all of its customers!
If you receive a damaged product, please let Cimber know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email Kelly@CimberDesigns.com with your problem and Cimber will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
